Jason Davey - Web Developer
Coming from an IT support role with a medium-sized accountancy firm in Ipswich, Jason joined V4 as a web developer because he enjoyed code and wanted to learn more about web technologies whilst gaining a more challenging role. Outside of work he tries not to be in front of a computer and enjoys walking and cycling.

Phil Stammers - Web Developer
Phil is the master of mathematics, enjoying number crunching, geometry and logic. Coming from a background in large-scale monitoring applications, he started with V4 in 2006 and is now a key member. Outside of work, Phil has a very active life and enjoys extreme sports, including power kiting, mountain biking and snowboarding.

Ross is a modern day devotee to the world of computing, the web and photography, his orderly character draws him enthusiastically towards neat and simple solutions, while his creative side leads to him crafting his own route through many aspects of his work and social life. Ross embraces new ideas and jumps at the chance of developing his own.

Simon joined the company in the summer of 2007 and in doing so fulfilled his dream to work in web development. Simon enjoys exploring the latest web technologies and applying them to real world applications. When not sitting in front of his Mac, Simon can be found gaming, drinking beer and chilling with friends.

Andy Merrill - Founder
Andy loves code, tech, process & gadgets. He started V4 in 2004, applying his experience in engineering, electronics, IT, software development, process & quality management. He hates the status quo (not just the ancient rockers but the condition) and enjoys business change & experimentation. Outside of V4 he enjoys family life, the Suffolk countryside and music.
